Terms and Conditions of Participation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

for Trade Fairs and Events by MUVEO GmbH<\/strong><\/p>

These terms apply to all trade fairs and event formats organized by MUVEO GmbH, including formats under the brand THE BOX IS OPEN<\/strong>. Specific registration documents for each fair also apply.<\/p>

1. Registration<\/h3>

Registration is completed via the registration form or MUVEO\u2019s online portal within the specified deadline. Once received, the registration is binding. Upon acceptance, the exhibitor agrees to participate and operate a stand. Minimum stand sizes are event-specific.<\/p>

2. Setup & Dismantling<\/h3>

Stands must be fully set up before the start of the event. Early setup is only allowed by prior arrangement.
Early dismantling is prohibited and may incur a contractual penalty of up to \u20ac5,000.<\/strong> Stands must be left clean; extra cleaning costs will be charged.<\/p>

3. Insurance<\/h3>

MUVEO GmbH offers optional exhibition insurance (\u20ac1.00 per \u20ac1,000 of exhibit value, min. premium \u20ac10). Electronics, jewelry, watches, and gemstones are excluded. Damages over \u20ac150 must be reported to the police.<\/p>

4. Exhibitor Directory<\/h3>

Entries are based on registration data. Exhibitors are responsible for the accuracy of their information. Advertising for unregistered companies is not allowed.<\/p>

5. Data Protection<\/h3>

Personal data is processed to organize the event and fulfill the contract in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Further details are available in our Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>

6. Postponement \/ Cancellation<\/h3>

If the event is postponed for reasons beyond the organizer\u2019s control, exhibitors may withdraw within one week. 50% of the stand fee remains payable. If the event is cancelled, incurred costs will be proportionally shared. Compensation claims are excluded.<\/p>

7. GEMA<\/h3>

Exhibitors must register music performances with GEMA (www.gema.de<\/a>). Failure to do so may result in claims for damages (\u00a797 Copyright Act).<\/p>

8. Liability<\/h3>

MUVEO GmbH is only liable for intent and gross negligence. Exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance and damages they cause.<\/p>

9. Co-Exhibitors<\/h3>

Co-exhibitors must be registered separately. Unauthorized co-exhibitors may lead to contract termination. The main exhibitor is jointly liable.<\/p>

10. Public Regulations<\/h3>

Exhibitors must apply for Sunday\/holiday work permits at the local authorities. Road traffic regulations (StVO) apply on the entire site. Fire safety rules must be followed.<\/p>

11. Withdrawal<\/h3>

Withdrawal is only permitted with the organizer\u2019s consent. Fees: min. \u20ac500 or 75% of the stand fee.<\/strong>Within 12 weeks before the event: 100\u202f% der Standmiete<\/strong>.<\/p>

12. Stand Construction (Organizer or Own Build)<\/h3>

Stand construction services must be ordered at least 5 weeks before the event. Later cancellations are subject to fees (25\u2013100%). Custom builds must comply with technical guidelines<\/strong> and may require approval (from \u20ac95).<\/strong>.<\/p>

13. Participation Confirmation & Stand Allocation<\/h3>

Stand allocation is made by the organizer. Changes or relocation are possible. There is no entitlement to a specific stand location. Subletting is prohibited.<\/p>

14. Sales Conduct<\/h3>

Exhibitors must behave fairly toward visitors and competitors. Aggressive sales tactics, noise, or unpleasant odors are not allowed and may lead to exclusion.<\/p>

15. House Rules & Penalties<\/h3>

The organizer exercises house rights. In case of violations (e.g. unauthorized co-exhibitors, sales behavior), contractual penalties<\/strong> may apply.<\/p>

16. Payment Terms<\/h3>

Invoices must be paid on time and in full. Late payment may result in exclusion, reminder fees, and collection charges. Reminder fee: \u20ac7.50 per invoice.<\/strong>.<\/p>

17. Admission<\/h3>

Admission is at the sole discretion of MUVEO GmbH. In case of overbooking, fair and reasonable judgment will apply.<\/p>

18. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law<\/h3>

Place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main. German law applies exclusively. UN Sales Law (CISG) does not apply.<\/p>

19. Miscellaneous<\/h3>

All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT.<\/strong>
